Security of the Information You Provide

Among our top priorities is keeping the information you provide to us secure. Use of Information in Sweepstakes and Contests

How to Opt-Out

We will only send e-mail for customer service purposes and to those customers who have indicated that they wish to receive other types of e-mail from us and our subsidiaries.

If at any time you wish to stop receiving e-mail from us, you can remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us at stating that you wish to unsubscribe and indicating in the subject line of the e-mail "NO E-MAIL". Although we will remove your name from our e-mail list after receiving your request, it is possible that you may still receive e-mails from us that had been initiated prior to your name being removed from our list.

Release of Information to Protect Our Site and Others

We may release the information that you provide us when we believe, in good faith, that such release is necessary to comply with the law, protect the rights, properties or safety of Tierras del Cafe, our users or others, or enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements.


Intended Users; Use by Children Under 13

The Site is not purposefully directed at children under the age of 13 and all products available for sale on the Site are intended to be purchased by adults. We do not collect or maintain information, via the Site or otherwise, from those we actually know are children under 13 years of age. If you notify us that information has been provided by a child under the age of 13, upon verification, we will promptly delete such information.

Third Party Ad Servers; Links to Other Web Sites

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Site. The Site also may contain links to other web sites that are not under our control.
